This guy is going to kill someone or his self, doing at least 60mph in a 30 approaching a school in St Helens traveling towards the link road from Nutgrove. Not in control of the car as it seems to fast for him and losing the back end accelerating on a straight road in the dry (ended up on the wrong side of the road pointing the wrong way - he looked embarrassed). He really needs a smaller car to learn some control before driving an M2.
