Driving dangerously in school area. On multiple occasions have seen them using phone while driving, one hand on the wheel. I have also seen them speeding around the high Street and having to break suddenly for children crossing the road. Have seen them get verbally abusive to some children who was crossing the road "too slowly" and he revved the engine at them.

Parked on Double Yellows / 4 Wheels on Pavement in Bury. Chap on his motorised wheelchair had to use the road to pass this vehicles which was blocking his way. Parking wardens on a day off as always.
