If you hit these I reckon you've been the victim of an insurance scam - they are trying to get you to hit them

Driving dangerously in school area. On multiple occasions have seen them using phone while driving, one hand on the wheel. I have also seen them speeding around the high Street and having to break suddenly for children crossing the road. Have seen them get verbally abusive to some children who was crossing the road "too slowly" and he revved the engine at them.

This idiot in an Audi jumped the red lights at the A6140 / A635 junction on 20/08/2019.
