Why does anybody buy a car like this to pull out, and then drive below 40 in a 60, and then 40 in a 30... And why is it I can't get two days with front window tints before the police tell me to peel them, but this blatant move is allowed? ..

Pulls out of car park & instead of joining A6 and taking the appropriate turning they decide to drive straight through the no entry sign.
But it's ok though because "I'm only going down there" and "nothing was coming the other way".
