Does not know the Highway Code! On roads where there are no lanes marked on the road—when lines of traffic merge, you must give way to any vehicle that is ahead of you. This driver is bully and will cause an accident.

are you parked up? Keys out the ignition, engine off? Ok, NOW you can touch your phone. Not in traffic queues. Not at red lights. £200 fine and 6 point offence. Double that for causing an obstruction to cyclists and bikers by causing traffic jams as a single occupant of a passenger vehicle when theres a perfectly adequate bus route on this road. Stop holding other drivers and road users up, get on the bus and then text. What are you addicted to? I never feel the need to look at my phone when im driving or riding.... you have a problem.
