Driving dangerously for miles. Deliberately rammed me causing damage to car and drove off. Despite having a witness Hampshire Police decline to take futher action. Untaxed vehicle as well.
I were driving near Manchester yesterday and the lady pulled out of a turning. She didn't really look awake honestly. But dosey probably shouldn't have been driving.
