The state of this guy, definitely done a lot of drugs in the past. He is 40 looks 80 and acts and dresses like he is still 18. It is 2022 not 2002. Maybe time to grow up. Also your driving is appalling, never seen someone drive through Swindon at the speeds you do, and not just once, almost see you every day. No idea how you have kept a driving license for so long if that is how you drive.

Drives very, very slowly. When I was behind this van it seemed as if an unsafe/overweight load was being carried, mostly due to the way the driver was able (or not able) to accelerate, and the van would wobble once stopped. Maybe the suspension is buggered? The Police should pull this van for a check and chat.
