Drove along pavement at side of vehicles waiting at traffic lights. The driver only had to wait a few seconds but was impatient. Smoke from marijuana was also wafting from the vehicle.

Moved the cones outside a church which were keeping a space for a wedding, and parked there so they could watch a golf competition, in spite of there being plentiful park and ride facilities available.

Wow, what to say about this guy... Hovering between 30 and 40mph on a national speed road, sharp breaking on gentle bends, swerving in and out of the lane into oncoming traffic and narrowly missing other cars and hedges all while flapping his hands at the passenger.
