This guy is a joke. Driving around Darlo at 11mph. Stopping on main roads to let people out of give way junctions, disrupting traffic flow. Also the guy likes to slam his breaks on and go into reverse gear to try and intimidate you - even though the guys about 80 years old. DashCam also which would show all of his poor driving skills.
