Incredibly unconfident driver, to the point she is dangerous. Hard, unexpected braking combined with very slow driving after pulling out onto a road (15mph in a 40) in front of cars makes her a liability.
I see her on a daily basis and today was ridiculous. Very slow driving to the point of at least a 30 car tailback, then once she got some speed, slammed the brakes on to avoid going through a shallow patch of water which she felt she had to then slowly manouvre around.
I get that not everyone is the most confident of drivers, but if she doesn't feel comfortable driving in the rain or going through small puddles then I'm sorry, but she shouldn't be on the road!
It's only a matter of time before she causes a serious accident

Blatantly using her mobile phone whilst driving even after being told stop by another driver. What is so important that can't wait 5 minutes? If its important or of emergency pull over to a see your phone. It is against the law for a reason
