Clearly can't read and finds it acceptable to park in residents only parking on a private road. Anyone know where he/she lives and we will go and park on their drive - see how they like it.
I know we can get the car moved to the a public highway but it will cost us £100 to do this - very annoying.

99 percent sure you're a driving on the phone type of person. I was watching you, you kept staring down into your jacket, tapping at something, then looking up at the lights, then down for more tapping. You've most likely got your phone hidden inside the jacket. The eyes down makes it obvious. Leave it alone, its driving time, not check facebook likes time.
