Seems like it was accidental, and wasn't too high speed but this is a really close pass on a dual carriageway! Driver needs to look further ahead as other drivers had managed to change lane to give the cyclist room.

Does any one know this man or recognise this van? Responsible for thefts in Walkern (near Stevenage, Hertfordshire), stealing car tyres from a garden and wing mirror covers from a car.

Pulls out of Browns Lane, speeds up behind me in 30 zone between Ribby Hall and Wrea Green but doesn’t give me any space when I entered Wrea Green (20). He tried to “bum” me by getting so close I couldn’t see his registration number so I slowed completely down to 20 which he didn’t like nor did he give me any more space. I caught his number when I got a few yards ahead before he was up my arse again. A complete pervert.

Horrendous driver . Not even attained the basic standard to pass a driving test.
All over road. Struggling to drive at 15 mph
