The Range Rover had failed its MOT on serious suspension faults 1 week earlier, but the driver apparently couldn't be arsed to fix the faults and get it through the MOT.

Not sure if relevant for here, but male passenger in rear threw empty plastic bottle out of window into a field while in countryside of Co Donegal. Young female driver did not seem to care either.

On his mobile, no seatbelt and overtaking people in a crowded rubbish tip. Almost caused a few crashes when leaving because he was in the wrong lane. Someone has wrote "I am a d**k" on the back on his car, they're not wrong.

Can usually be found in brick train car park with 14 year old mingers in the back of the car. Driven by a dosser that drives under influence more than sober, will beep at any youth that walks past

Often seen driving with a high vis jacket on tp enable him to be seen by young boys in which he scours the darlington area trying to pick up kids to hide in his blacked out car.

Driver was on a 50mph speed limit road, slowing down to 10ish mph for the corners you can easily drive at the limit around. When overtaking on a straight drive sped up making it extremely dangerous. Suggest driver retake test/lessons.
