Weird driver in a Tesla Model 3. Speed limit is 40 & they're doing about 45 as they try to overtake someone doing 40 in an average 40 speed zone.
Then it gets to a 50 & they're still doing 40-45.

The driver of this vehicle must have left his brain at home today, parked on the junction to turn into a major bus depot in Gateshead and as a result buses don’t have the space to turn into or out of the junction! Highway Code says no parking within 10 metres of junctions for this reason!
