Hartlepool - Expose this THUG! ND61 CKC EXPOSED! Thug punches 84yr old because he was following the speed limit! The driver told police " I was having a bad day"
Uploader " This makes me so mad. This is my friends 84 year old dad being assaulted in a road rage incident. Imagine if this was your dad or grandad!
Originally the police went round, the guy admitted punching the driver, had a bit of a cry and was warned about his behavior.
My friend's dad then went on to suffer a serious stroke which has left him in hospital for weeks and with life-altering effects including changes in behavior, temperament, loss of movement in his left side and more anxious than previously plus massive costs to alter their home so he can still use it.
Once the seriousness increased the police visited him again and he suddenly started denying his actions. He's got away with it too. No jail time for nearly killing an OAP who had done nothing to deserve this guy taking out his bad day and temper tantrum in him.
The old guy deserves better from our legal system and this guy should be ashamed for being a thug and a liar.
