Was not sure as to what happened here as got two versions, One stated taxi tried to cut in on KA then the other version was that KA was going too fast and spun out

It's actually the last truck that passes the camera car on the outside, If you look to the left of video you will see a few pedestrians just about to use the crossing and decide to stop when they see the NEWCASTLE CITY COUNCIL TRUCK race through the traffic light of which was on RED at the time
