Driver almost caused 2 accidents on the A694 derwentaugh road.
1st involved a van he pulled in front of on a roundabout giving him to brake suddenly and when the van driver beeped his horn at him, he deliberately kept swerving in front of the van.
This awesome brain donor then kept overtaking at speed in the path of incoming traffic.
It's a miracle that this idiot didn't kill someone with his driving. Boy racing idiot.
