Also, consider that the driver may have been IAM trained: a corner like that (progressive, NOT sharp) with a dashed line would be perfectly fine to take a central line, if it is clear.
Would be very interesting to see a video of this with a calibrated speedo, just to see if they really were speeding, and whether or not you were also above the speed limit.

Silver VW Golf being driven at ridiculously high, unsafe and reckless speed overtaking along Crewe Rd away from Crewe towards the roundabout outside the entrance to MMU around 4.30pm. Male passenger with blue polo shirt, windows wound down. Driver - pathetic little bed-wetter will hopefully get himself crippled and more brain damaged without murdering his passengers or any other completely innocent people; retard. He will come unstuck before long. I travel this route regularly so shall keep an eye out for him - what an idiot anyway, driving a car like this with a really easy to remember plate - what an amateur.
