Clueless driver, literally saw me heading towards her from her right side on the roundabout and still thought it was a good idea to pull out in front of me. Had to slam the brakes on to avoid a T-bone crash with my pregnant wife and young kids in the car. Drivers like this shouldn't be allowed on the roads.

This absolutely impatient idiot will kill someone. 30mph MEANS 30mph… it does not mean tailgate the car in front and then overtake at 40/45mph outside a college!
