Lovely bit of parking that completely blocked a drive, fortunately it was only blocked for 15 minutes and the disabled house occupant wasn’t too badly impacted.

I've seen this guy driving a couple times and he always seems to drive terribly

Driver couldn't control the vehicle properly when parking (Struggled to steer and brake) and drank a cider in the car before eating and orange and throwing the skin in the hedge in front of the car.
