Did you report the incident as a hate incident? I'm saying this because the police prioritise these incidents. Hope it gets sorted. If these events as you describe are true then clearly you were attacked and they posed a risk to the lives of everyone around them. I do not tolerate throwing anything at people going about their lawful business, including milk-shakes. Best wishes.
