This do as I please idiot is coming down this road with a left turn only. They drive down the wrong side of the road so they can skip straight ahead instead of going around town like they should.

Driver couldn't control the vehicle properly when parking (Struggled to steer and brake) and drank a cider in the car before eating and orange and throwing the skin in the hedge in front of the car.
