I have actually just put this vehicle number into the search bar find a plate and this popped up. I just had the same thing happen to me today when on my way to work. Learner driver pulled right out in front of me and i blasted my horn. The driving instructor if you can call him that waved his hand as in a manner as to tell me what the hell was i doing then at a small roundabout the learner indicated left and turned right making me emergency break. Again i tooted my horn and the driving instructor gave me the 2 finger salute. I blasted my horn again so that other drivers could see him do it. He laughed and thought he was funny. He looked a short arsed little penis type of person believe me i have had a few of them over the years lol and i know one when i see one. Another car a vauxhall astra tooted at me and said she seen him sticking his fingers up and she had it on video. Sadly i do not have a camera but will now buy one. I followed the lady driver that had the camera in her car to a Costa and bought her a cup of coffee. So today i made a new friend through a little penis short arsed little buttoned holed bandit. She showed me the video on her LCD screen and as plain as day there he was using those two little fingers the very same ones he uses on his girlfriend as his penis is no use to her. The video shows a very clean picture of this guy. Maybe the best way is to post his image on a dating site with his reg attached and on his profile tell people that he loves using his two fingers as his little willy is insufficient. I bet that would get a reaction from him lol

Saw my sexy bf driving today. Ignore the haters baby i know you're good. I love going out for romantic drives with funny because he is always so relaxed and sticks to the speed limit always being safe, can't wait go to band practise :)
