In very heavy traffic, NG13 CFD caused accident in Hertford Friday 10 Feb 2017 16:55 by under-taking in the nearside lane of A414 / London Road roundabout with a sudden burst of speed, only to stop suddenly behind refuse lorry. Car turning left off roundabout onto dual carriageway forced to do emergency stop, to be hit from behind by a taxi with 4 passengers.
