Why do these dozy people hog the middle lane doing like 50mph and then when someones coming up on them they pull out like the grandma they are with miles of room in front, just hindering everyone else? Useless.

This car drives like a lunatic, doesn't obey any road markings and has failed to stop after causing at least 1 accident, fortunately only a minor knock. Works in the local car auctions so that probably explains it.
