Awful driver, speeding and almost knocked me off bike. Made a very quick right turn causing tires to screech without indicating. Police car looked to be following it a few seconds later, hope this utter moron got what he deserved.

He is dangerous when driving at the car park at the back of my house he speeds up when little kids are playing out at the back nearly hitting people
