Blue BMW 530e. Nice car, drives very slowly (a plodding 30 in a 50). Don't worry though, if you try to overtake he will unleash the full hybrid power of his BMW and ensure that you can't overtake. Complete idiot.

Overtook this slower moving van on dual carriage way. Obviously didn't like that as he sped up and tailgated me on single track road until he could overtake, so he could then sit at some traffics lights in front of me.
