Terrible driver. Swirving all over the road. I left a large stopping distance and was still having to violently break because of this driver. Should NOT be on the road!

Followed this car down the M6 toll road after she cut me up drifting into Lane 1 as she overtook me at about 85 slowing doemwn to about 70. Having braked to avoid a collision I went past to see her looking down at her phone obviously texting. I ewes my horn and put my hazards on to show my ire and then she leap flogged me for the entire toll road still deep in text conversation and obliviouslubed drifting into lanes 1 &3 as she speeded up and then slowed down to text. Amazingly she carried on for the full length of the toll and into the log jam at the M42 jct. What could have been so important?
Should be banned.
