Open question. Is this a civil or criminal matter? See, the car was technically on private property. I'm not saying this to tread on anyone's toes, I just want some feedback. Thanks. Have a good day.

Bill T2017-02-07 11:58:42.. Please come back with a comment.. i already informed the law about this incident and as i guessed they did say the white car was at fault but i did play them the real speed of my footage and even tho they will not pull you in they will be keeping an eye on your reg for future reference. so you see whatever these little trolls tell you or make you do the things that you would not usually do tells me that you are not a clever man, but i wreckon you could be wise enough to say enough is enough and LEAVE! it

Bill T2017-02-07 11:58:42 you have made my day
by the way your car is being used as to sports and racing as well as going against the MOTABILITY rules of when hiring that motor as DLA/PIP will also find it intresting when i pass on the footage and inform them of your so called FALSE claims to disability as i said the car behind you caught a lot of fotage of you both getting out of that motor, Yes DWP will be getting informed and told of you both being fit and healthy as well as doing the odd jobs here and there, Oh yeah phone the law as not BREAKING the law as i am doing my civil duty sir

This is similar to many accidents involving police cars. The point being, it doesn't matter what you're driving..if you're splitting lanes and driving at high speed, you give other people less time to see you. Would it be reasonable for me to ride my motorbike fast across a roundabout, then moan when the people in front pull out? Or would it be better for me to say hey, look at the way I approached that roundabout and look how little time I gave people to JUDGE MY SPEED? That's right: judge someone's speed. To register your presence, judge your speed, assess the danger level and act. You have to make allowances for this, for people's reaction times and the fact it it's not just you they have to look out for. What looks to you like a deliberate pull-out may in fact be everything but. Whenever I negotiate roundabouts I take extra caution because of situations like this. Less speed more time to react, more time to slow down, more time to avoid a collision.

Mr Conroy,
I am not the white car driver and I do not have any anger issues they require attention. I actually took notice of the street names on the video and found the location on google maps, I then checked the speed limits on the feeder roads.

I would be very interested to see the video again with the sound track to see if the camera car driver sounded his horn while 2 feet from the rear bumper if the white car, if he did then that may have caused the anger in the white car driver; this is not an excuse for the White car drivers action, but may help to explain the context.
