Before 17:30 on 2nd October 2017 car slowed down on Churchgate Leicester in front of the entrance to Highcross, the passenger door opened and they threw rubbish on the road.

Driver of this vehicle completed a very dangerous overtake, passing a car and a 40ft truck, both of which were making a left turn - he'd just got impatient with the foreign truck driver travelling below the speed limit.
Conditions - wet with poor lighting
Oncoming traffic to boot.
A very silly manoeuvre, all caught on camera and on its way to the local police force.

This idiot drove through a puddle which could have been avoided as opposite side of road clear. Soaked myself and my daughter to the skin but worse than that soaked a 6 month old baby in her pram water in her face and pram blankets soaked
