Wreckless driving on very snowy and icy conditions along A71. Driver overtaking on blind spots forcing cars to slow down to let him back in to avoid oncoming traffic.
Not sure if the van driver just didn't look (hard to believe as the cyclist was right in front of him) or thought he could speed across their path. Either way, dangerous driving.
