ICE'd an EV-bay at the UEA in Norwich. Driver thinks it is acceptable to park in a bay marked for electric cars only. The car park at the time was almost empty. Drivers must leave these EV-only bays free - you may be preventing a driver with an electric car from getting enough charge to get to their destination or getting home to their family. An EV driver wouldn't park their car at a petrol pump and leave it there while they went about their business.

What an idiot........ firstly can't park for the life of it and needs a taxi to the curb, whilst parking dangerously on a junction. Secondly parks in a resident only area where parking is already bad enough, but thinks because her parents own a house somewhere in the vaccinity gives her the right to park where she likes.
