Doing over 50mph in a 30mph zone, nearly ploughed into the back of an older gents car. Starts blaring his horn and almost grinding the rear bumper. Then pulls sharply to the side of the road, proceeds to jump out of his car, run through busy traffic (Which almost caused an accident) and chase after the car with a chain. Sharp stopped when a Copper came around the corner and pissed off again.
Needs his license and car taken off him. Grey/Green Seat Leon. Older fat balding bloke.

Ridiculous driving, almost ran over a bunch of kids & was speeding in a residential area.
Driver is also very impatient

I can't understand why pricks like this are allowed to drive on the roads.
Weaves in and out of motorway traffic tailgating and undertaking.
I'm all for care in the community, but giving escaped mental patients a driving license and a car is a bit much.
