vehicle is heavily modified, speeds around our estate at dangerous speeds and is very noisy. Has a huge straight pipe exhaust which is very unnecessary. The same driver i reported with his previous car and yet is still on the road in a faster car now!
Hired by local Asians in blackburn and being driven round like idiots wouldn't like to own this car as there won't be any engine left and can't believe that they are all insured
