This guy is a complete joke. Stalled on arnold road and rolled back and smashed into me. Some say he's still sat there trying to do the hill start again 3 months later.

The lady driver of this car has never heard of parking straight. She needs to call a taxi to the kurb. This is unacceptable because the parking is located outside a playschool.
