Brain dead moron riding in lane 2 despite there being no cars in lane 1, I passed him on the inside(the empty lane I was driving down) and he didn't even notice, this muppet shouldn't have a licence.

tailgating repeatedly breaking not keeping 2 chevrons away M56 13/2/24 at 10.45 whilst on mobile phone, then drove close to my car, trying to push us up the motorway, then when we pied back into the middle after realising I had took his photograph he sped away up the motorway dangerous driving at speed, intimidating other driver whilst on a mobile phone!!!
