This car was pulling out in front of me, as I cycled down Roman Road Thursday 08:30, it was my right of way, and I didn’t wait to let him pass in front of me, I had a baby on the bike and so was particularly cautious to the rules of the road. This car driver “punished “me for slowing him down by around three seconds, by swerving the car at me and my baby so close it almost brushed my cheek. What a psycho.
