While stationary in the right hand lane approaching a roundabout, this vehicle came along the left hand lane, catching my car with his trailer all along the side, did not stop carried on going causing thousand of pounds of damaged, have reported him to the police for failing to stop after an accident

Twice goes into the wrong lane at roundabouts and suddenly cuts across into another lane forcing driver to brake hard and almost causing an accident on both occasions.
First M55 J3 for Kirkham
In outer lane (for M55 and A585N) but suddenly cuts across into left lane for Kirkham (A585S).
Second Mill Farm roundabout
In left turn lane (clearly marked on the road) for Wesham and goes around to the right then straight ahead almost going into the other vehicle again from the opposite side.
Definitely a moron driving a car suitable for simpletons.

See them lines right ahead? If you're going to cross them from this direction that means you need to indicate to signal your intention as your lane continues round.
What you don't do is drive straight on when pedestrians are crossing and once you've made the move only then do you bother to use that stick on the side of the steering wheel.

As I accelerated away from the lower limit through the roadworks, this driver moved from lane 2 into lane 1 to undertake me, then without indicating drifted into the side of my truck. Luckily for me he, not so luckily for him, hit the solid steel corner. smashing his back light & denting his car. I couldn't just 'slam on the brakes' as I was fully loaded. Oddly he didn't even stop & just drove off into the distance.
