I checked his registration with DVLA. What do you know, no tax and no MOT! Yet he still drives like he wants to cause a collision. How do these people get away with it?

Clearly distracted from driving for some reason so when you get close to him and go for the overtake he decides to break test you and speed up

Awful and dangerous driver. Using the phone was more important than paying attention before zig zagging in and out of traffic at speed. Clearly more money than sense. Im sure evryone was very impressed though.
