Overtook doing about 50 in a 30mph zone, then wouldn't go any faster in a national speed limit zone. Moron.

Complete muppet, stopped where he shouldn't have been then pulls out on me without indicating as I go to pass him then slams his brakes on in front of me when I beep, so I go to go round him and he floors it to the roundabout to stay ahead, slams his brakes on again then get's out and starts shouting at me and my child.
