Doing over 50mph in a 30mph zone, nearly ploughed into the back of an older gents car. Starts blaring his horn and almost grinding the rear bumper. Then pulls sharply to the side of the road, proceeds to jump out of his car, run through busy traffic (Which almost caused an accident) and chase after the car with a chain. Sharp stopped when a Copper came around the corner and pissed off again.
Needs his license and car taken off him. Grey/Green Seat Leon. Older fat balding bloke.

This African lady is riding around in a Nissan Note SE. This car has the number plate OV07 SGF and has no insurance. This car is not showing up in DVLA SYSTEM. This African lady hit my car and ran off without stopping and my car has heavy damage. Poor driver. Note to Police: She is living in East London.
