OVO2 FTT a silver Ford Focus 1.6 driving consistently below the speed limit (i.e. 35pmh in a 60mph zone) struck me as odd, and the behaviour of a driving lacking in confidence. Throughout the footage you will see the driver slowing and veering to the left when oncoming traffic is approaching. At one point, the driver has lost lane control and is too close to the centre of the road, realises and overcompensates, swerving across to the left nearly touching the verge, then overcompensates in the other direction and nearly crosses the middle of the road into the over side. I was going to call the police but the driver then turned off towards Eynsham on the B4449. Shame on you, for driving like this on a Saturday night - I suspect alcohol

Disgusting awful driver. She cut me up on the Black Cat roundabout coming from the A1 onto the A421 AND SHE WAS FULLY ON THE PHONE ALL THE WAY UP THE BY PASS! Swerving about and doing about 100 mph! She's a disgrace!

Doing over 50mph in a 30mph zone, nearly ploughed into the back of an older gents car. Starts blaring his horn and almost grinding the rear bumper. Then pulls sharply to the side of the road, proceeds to jump out of his car, run through busy traffic (Which almost caused an accident) and chase after the car with a chain. Sharp stopped when a Copper came around the corner and pissed off again.
Needs his license and car taken off him. Grey/Green Seat Leon. Older fat balding bloke.

continuous undertaking on m5 today (19/12/2017) nearly causing accidents. agreed with comment above
