I'm on the roundabout and indicating right but this arrogant prick still pulls out in front even though I'm in full view of him. I guess his sunglasses weren't working properly.

Driving instructors are supposed to be setting a good example, and I commonly find them to use their phone whilst driving. Never seen one shouting or giving abuse though.
Instructor should have tried to correct the student and apologise to the car they've just cut off. I'd retaliate if an instructor flips me off, but that's another story.

Almost reversed over a cyclist in Cambridge on the morning of 14th January 2016 and then verbally abused the person who tried to stop him from doing so.

Should not be on the road smoke pouring out of exhaust and the driver dangerously cuts you up and doesn't indicate.
