old registration SF15 GVR bewarned he is very convincing and can try and be intimidating especially with females and older people by the sounds of things
search his name if you have been conned by him inform the police normally he only asks for £10 - £20 but there have been reports of more may not be a lot of money for some people and you may think lesson learnt but what about someone who cant really and does it because they feel they have to or helping someone who needs it this guy doesn't hes a drug addict and a conman !
