The driver parked his/her car (left unattended) at junction in between both Festival Market car parks in Morecambe on the opposite side of the roundabout on Central Drive to Morrison’s.
Money pinching and lazy - can’t you afford to pay the car parking fees? Probably spent too much on the car and living in relative poverty now with your bills. Why not park legally a bit further away and do some walking?
