Terrible driver with an inferiority complex about being overtaken. Kept brake checking when they were going 30mph on a dry, clear national speed limit road and then proceeded to speed match when overtaken. If someone knows how to locate this drivers brain please let me know

Faster than other traffic in various 30 zones until catches up with traffic in front, then tailgates trying to get the slightest opportunity to overtake.
Very irritating to have a driver like this up your backside.

This youth was speeding along country lanes near Preston and then started tailgating vehicles in front when he caught up with traffic ahead of himself. From this point on he tailgated he vehicle in front not allowing for traffic ahead expecting to go faster which would result in everyone squeezing up from behind.
He turned off towards Ribbleton as we got nearer to Preston.
