The driver of this car, Kieran something, is a complete moron, He has no sense of road safety, I saw him screaming obscenities at a young lady with a child and nearly run over three pedestrians, looked like he was out of his box, and that's being kind. If you approach him he will threaten physical abuse, but looks like a rake.
