In atrocious conditions this speeder was overtaking traffic in the 30 zone but wasn’t able to speed up and overtake me in the 50 zone due to oncoming traffic so he tailgated me like a bum boy all the way to Great Eccleston. I kept a safe distance from the vehicle in front but If I had to brake PL66AXF would have skidded and gone into me. What a thicko.
