Barges out of South Street onto Copp Lane in Great Eccleston in front of approaching vehicle and speeds off doing about 40 in a 20 zone towards Elswick. In a hurry putting other road users at risk and behaving as if he is a cut above the law.
There are a number of perverted drivers I have witnessed in this area today.

Something of an idiot on the roads. Pulls out of car park in front of approaching vehicle without giving way then speeds off along Sharoe Green Lane belting past the mini roundabouts. Good job nothing was coming from the right at them.

Should NOT be on the road. Chorley - Asda water street. Stopped to let myself and young child cross then when we did he put his foot down and missed me by an inch! Looked at him and yelled but he was laughing and laughed as he drove away. Don’t know his name but will find out. Grey hair late fifties early sixties has had a rough life by the looks. Possibly pissed but if that was him sober - watch out......

This tailgating Merc prick was speeding up behind me up to the garden centre which becomes a 30 zone and he got even closer. I could tell he was the bum-boy type and eventually while still in the 30 zone with nothing coming the other way he overtook doing in excess of 40. Fortunately for me he wasn’t up my backside any more but got held up in further traffic by the Planks so made no progress other than getting one vehicle ahead. He must have been frustrated. These types are never happy.
