Regards yells out at speed onto roundabout at Mill Farm in front of traffic immediately to the right which supposedly should have had right of way. Speeds off towards M55 way above speed limit but gets held up at traffic lights so I caught up with him and got his number.

I was travelling to Worseley and this driver tried to undertake me as we were coming off a roundabout. Noticing this I decided to give way and moved into the near side lane, clearly not going fast enough for him. However we became level as there had originally been a car in front of me. Then he started gesticulating at me and throwing his hands up in the air. I thought this was ludicrous so started laughing and looking at my passengers baffled. This angered him more and he cut in front of me and then when I returned in the driver side lane as I wanted to turn right, he threw his hands up again as I passed. Very strange behaviour! Clearly a very angry and unhappy man. With this rage, one wonders whether he should be driving at all!

Are road sweepers allowed to go through red lights? This one did at Cabus, Garstang (probably Wyre Borough Council) from Croston Road onto the A6 and after checking when I got the registration after it turned into Moss Lane the details came up as a VW Golf. So it looks like it has false number plates as well as having gone through a red light.
Happened at approximately 7.10 am on 27th November 2019.
