Blackpool Zoo, Renault Kadjar parked like an absolute bell end. Parked on a line and front end sticking out way beyond the end of the bay causing trouble for other drivers in a busy car park. Talk about abandoned!!

This guy parked in the disabled bay (in a mostly empty car park) to avoid paying for parking over the road, RAN over the road to the shops, returned 10 mins later, dumped his shopping in the boot, got back in and drive off.
