Black Mercedes E350 CDI PN11VJO in Dodgy Multiple Overtakes on Blackpool Promenade
The driver of this black Merc had already overtaken me earlier, on a pedestrian crossing (illegal and dangerous), at about 50 m.p.h. on Blackpool Promenade. a short time later, driving within the legal 30 limit, I had caught up with him. with a junction on his right, and oncoming traffic, he started a multiple vehicle overtake at the traffic lights ( also illegal and dangerous) which can be seen in the photo. he proceeded to overtake 5 or 6 cars, passing another junction on his right in the process.

Did not look when pulling out of a parking space, pulled out, hit me (16 year old moped rider) and i could not walk on my leg and my forks are now bent on my bike. I did not realise the forks were bent untill riding away, we did not exchange details as everything was their fault and i did not believe any damage was done to my moped at the time but unfortunately there is nothing i can do about it now, make sure you exchange details no matter what!
